Notary

Need a document notarized? We have two notaries on staff.  You can call ahead and make an appointment but walk-ins are welcome. Bring in a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, for each party getting a signature notarized.  Our Notary Service starts at $10.

 

If you or someone you are helping cannot travel, we can come to you for a travel fee.  We travel to local hospitals, extended care facilities, retirement centers and business offices.  The signing party should be present, of sound mind, and provide proper identification such as a valid driver’s license, Passport, or Voter Registration card.

 

Please make certain that you do not sign any documents to be notarized prior to coming in.  For legal purposes they must be signed in the presence of the notary.

 

Some examples of documents we commonly notarize are car title transfers, wills and trusts, school documents, other legal and real estate documents.
